AMNANDA

BREATHWORK AND PRANAYAMA

Meaning science of life, Ayurveda is an ancient Indian healing system that sees the person not as parts or symptoms, but as a whole (body mind and spirit), with a unique constitution that, when out of balance, leads to dis-ease.

by tailoring diet, behaviour and environment, balance can be restored and disese and illness alleviated.

Targeted questioning during the consultation will highlight any imbalance in your life and you will be advised on what needs to be done to restore harmony.

Literally translated, Amnanda means gateway to bliss and is avery relaxing Ayurvedic oil treatment given at roughly monthly intervals for the period of 12 months. Each of the 12 treatments work to release traumatic life experiences at the cellular memory level.

This is a year long committment to yourself, to your physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Breathwork quite simply is any breathing exercise or technique that consciously changes how you breathe, which in turn affects the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and so how you feel.

Pranayama works similarly and is often called yogic breathwork, affecting the flow of prana (life energy) around the body using breathing and breath retention.

Both can be very profound ways of accessing and releasing long held emotional patterns that are causing illness and suffering in your life today.

MEDITATION AND
YOGA NIDRA

AYURVEDIC ANIMAL WELLNESS CONSULTATION

Many people believe the can't meditate, but most people meditate without even knowing they are doing it. Ever wonder why good ideas come to you while you are on the loo? It's because you have taken a moment away from all noise and  hub bub of life. That is all meditating essentially is. Turning off the outside world so you can hear the inner one. There are many techniques to achieve this that can either be taught to use by yourself or experienced in a group s

Yoga Nidra is a specific type of meditation where we put the body to sleep leaving the mind in a receptive state to reprogramming, much like hypnosis.

Just as humans have their individual constitions which when in balance lead to a happy, healthy life, so too do animals. They also benefit from Ayurvedic wisdom, healing herbs, and complimentary healing methods.

About Laissez-Aller

Meaning literally "allow to go", laissez-allez is French for unchecked freedom or ease. Using the ancient wisdoms of Ayurveda and Yoga we seek this freedom and ease for our body, mind and soul by letting go of old pattens and behaviours that no longer serve us but rather keep us in a state of illhealth.

My name is Tina and for many years I have trained in various different modalities searching for ease of body and mind after I was diagnosed with an hereditary connective tissue disease that left me in pain and unable to walk. I was introduced to Ayurveda when I began my formal meditation teacher training and met several people from India. Unable to go to India for treatment, I sought a practitioner here in the UK, and so my journey back to health began. As did my love of Ayurveda. I hope to share my passion for that and other amazing healing techniques, with you.
